MTD is the public transportation provider for Champaign, Urbana, Savoy and the University of Illinois with a FY2021 operating & capital budget of $59,907,700 and approximately 377 employees. The public may request a copy of public records maintained by MTD under the State Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 ILCS 140. Please submit written request by email, facsimile, or US mail. How to submit a formal request for records?
