MTD is committed to serving you and making your trips with us as convenient and effortless as possible. We have developed an extensive tool box for passengers to easily access information online, through SMS, or at our Passenger Information Kiosks. If you need additional assistance from a real human, our Customer Service team is available to take your calls at 217.384.8188 anytime buses are in service.

While MTD does not support an official app, we provide an open API for third party developers to create a variety of apps to meet your needs. You can rest easy knowing that apps are getting their data straight from the source. Check out some of our favorites.

All of our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking that powers our real-time information system to provide our passengers with up to the minute departure times. Find a tool that’s right for you.

We have excellent planners, but some things are out of our control. From road construction to street flooding - sometimes we need to issue temporary service changes to accommodate for the world around us. Sign up to get alerts for your favorite routes.
